What will you do :

  • Assist the HR Division in developing and implementing company policies, procedures and regulations
  • Develop and analyze HR systems
  • Review and analyze the company's compliance and legal documents
  • Assist and organize internal training for employees


  • Final year students or Fresh graduate majoring Law, Industrial engineering,HR Management, Business Administration or psychology
  • displays a strong interest in the field of Human Resources
  • Able to work well independently or in a team
  • Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Have good analytical skills and attention to detail
