JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with the Belajarlagi Ops team and Project Team.
- Design project plans and take full responsibility for project execution, ensuring seamless operations from the preparation and implementation phases to closing and final reporting.
- Ensure projects remain within the established budget and manage resource allocation efficiently.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project progress and sustainability, including making decisive solutions when faced with obstacles during preparation or execution.
- Lead all project meetings, ranging from team onboarding and progress updates (asynchronous, weekly, or bi-weekly) to event briefings and retrospectives.
QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong leadership skills, specifically in communication, effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and maintaining a "helicopter view."
- Detail-oriented and critically minded.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a remote environment.
