Conducting in-depth research on module topics based on the provided learning outlines and syllabus.
Developing modules in Google Slides format using interactive training methods, complete with quizzes, discussion sections, case studies, and other practical classroom activities.
Supplementing modules with various learning materials such as pre-class readings, pre- and post-tests, post-class assignments, and other instructional instruments.
Translating complex technical information into simple, easy-to-digest language for training participants.
Ensuring all developed materials align with the principles of Andragogy (adult learning).
QUALIFICATION
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Instructional Designer, Module Developer, Corporate Trainer, or a similar role.
Writing Skills: Excellent, clear, and persuasive writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
Pedagogical Knowledge: A strong understanding of instructional design theory, practice, and adult learning principles.
Research Skills: The ability to conduct independent research to gather and validate content.
Portfolio: A mandatory portfolio showcasing examples of previously created modules, training materials, or other instructional content is required.
