Corporate Account Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate corporate training business strategies to consistently meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify, source, and follow up with potential B2B clients to present program offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term, end-to-end relationships with corporate clients.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments to formulate effective marketing or training strategy solutions.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships with external parties to drive business expansion within the corporate training sector.
  • Draft comprehensive program proposals tailored to the specific requirements of business clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or as an Account Executive.
  • Prior experience or a portfolio in consulting, edutech, or corporate training industries is highly preferred.
  • High level of empathy, strong negotiation skills, and excellent verbal/written communication.
  • Proven ability to expand professional networks and comfort in communicating with new stakeholders.
  • Proficient in creating engaging business presentations (PPT/Google Slides) with strong delivery skills.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Target-oriented with excellent time management skills and comfortable working in a remote environment
