B2C Live Program Operations

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages the entire B2C Program Lifecycle, from research to evaluation, including strategic document creation like PRDs
  • Responsible for directly managing strategic projects or supervising multiple Project Managers and teams to achieve goals
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline operational processes
  • Structures teams (freelancer/contributor), conducts onboarding, and manages project manpower budgets.
  • Oversees projects via trackers, 1-on-1s, and direct supervision to ensure quality and timely implementation.
  • Leads post-project retrospectives and develops SOPs to improve future work efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimal 2-3 years in Project Management or Operations (preferably from EduTech or B2C).
  • Expertise in Project Management, Digital Marketing including program planning, supervision, and evaluation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, able to provide direction and motivate teams well with student-oriented goals.
  • Able to accurately prepare PRD, SOP, and manpower budgeting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
