
B2C Live Program Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Manages the entire B2C Program Lifecycle, from research to evaluation, including strategic document creation like PRDs
- Responsible for directly managing strategic projects or supervising multiple Project Managers and teams to achieve goals
- Collaborate across departments to streamline operational processes
- Structures teams (freelancer/contributor), conducts onboarding, and manages project manpower budgets.
- Oversees projects via trackers, 1-on-1s, and direct supervision to ensure quality and timely implementation.
- Leads post-project retrospectives and develops SOPs to improve future work efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimal 2-3 years in Project Management or Operations (preferably from EduTech or B2C).
- Expertise in Project Management, Digital Marketing including program planning, supervision, and evaluation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, able to provide direction and motivate teams well with student-oriented goals.
- Able to accurately prepare PRD, SOP, and manpower budgeting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
