Program Manager

Job role: Managing and optimizing the operational activities of live programs at Belajarlagi. Ensuring that all aspects of the program run efficiently and effectively, from program research, planning, execution, to evaluation

Job desc:

  • Conduct research to identify market needs and develop new data-driven initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of programs.
  • Comprehensively plan program activities.
  • Lead and provide guidance to PM and Operational Teams in the implementation of live programs.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, both internal and external to Belajarlagi, involved in program implementation.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations for each program implemented.
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures for all bootcamp aspects, including teaching, assessment, and project management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in program or project management in the edutech or professional training environment.
  • Expertise in project management, including planning, supervision, and program evaluation.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, capable of providing guidance and motivation to teams.
  • Experience in market research and data analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management software and analytical tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing is an added value.
